A British judge has told Apple that they must advertise not only in the media but also on their own website for 6 months that Samsung did not copy the designs of the iPad. Apple had taken Samsung to court of what it thought was blatant copy of their tablet, but  Judge Colin Birss had ruled in favour of the South Korean company saying that, ” They do not have the same understated and extreme simplicity which is possessed by the Apple design. They are not as cool,” he said. “The overall impression produced is different.”
