A new feature has been added to Youtube that will allow uploaders to blur faces on any video content they share. Currently there was no such tool available on major video sites. The tool was added two months after Youtube launched the Human Right’s Channel with the rights campaigners WITNESS who advised of the feature to be made.

A British judge has told Apple that they must advertise not only in the media but also on their own website for 6 months that Samsung did not copy the designs of the iPad. Apple had taken Samsung to court of what it thought was blatant copy of their tablet, but  Judge Colin Birss had ruled in favour of the South Korean company saying that, ” They do not have the same understated and extreme simplicity which is possessed by the Apple design. They are not as cool,” he said. “The overall impression produced is different.”

Microsoft has shown off the latest and newest version of Office 15 at a conference in San Francisco. The company’s flagship productivity software was announced by CEO Steve Ballmer:

“We are taking bold steps at Microsoft,” Ballmer said. “The new, modern Office will deliver unparalleled productivity and flexibility for both consumers and business customers. It is a cloud service and will fully light up when paired with Windows 8.”

One of the new features is tight intergration with Microsoft Cloud services, SkyDrive and also with the next version of Windows 8.
