The forth beta release of iOS 6 has a new feature which will let users choose and set a favorite tune as their alarm tone. iPhone and iPad users will now have the ability to wake up to a different tune than the usual Apple ones.While this has long been possible for other smartphones like Android, Apple has only allowed its own alarm ringtones to be used or those from iTunes, unless the user had been using an app like ‘MyAlarm’ on a jailbroken device. So it should be a welcome feature for iPhone, iPod and iPad fans and make it much easier to change the ringtone. The feature is available through the ‘Sound’ options in the new iOS. The iPad is also getting  a first time Apple developed clock which feature clock, alarm clock, world clock and timer all in one. The company seems to be paying more attention to their users and lowering some restrictions.
